Shaq got a reaction from scriber in N-400 December 2011 FILERS
Hi Scriber
Congrats for passing your interview, i'm sure you should be getting your letter soon, maybe by early next week, in time for the 24th.
My online case status did not change and i was getting worried because my IO told me that the oath ceremony as going to be on the 24th.
To add to my worry was, my IO could not close my case in the computer and i was thinking that maybe something was wrong.
I am confident that you might be scheduled for the 24th as well, because your interview was just a couple of days after mine.
Dont worry you will get your letter soon.
CONGRATS again and we all will say good-bye to ths uscis with passports in hand.

i think you mean Nigerian times, because most Black people or most Africans are culturally British and have the same understandings of when and how to attend a job interview. That means in time at least 10-15 mins early and in business attaire.

Perhaps they can but that's not really the problem as I know a reliable certified translator near my mothers place, one I also used during our initial k1 application (the consulate is about 1.5 hrs away from my mother and I'm sure their translator is near the consulate so I don't want to put that burden on my mother of traveling so far) . Thing is, we don't know how soon we can have the originals, and how long it will take for the translator to finish it and then how long does it take for it to get to my place so I can bring it to the interview. I can have the original court order pretty fast after my mother receive it. So in order to speed up, I wonder if a non-sworn translation would be good enough... maybe it is but maybe it isn't lol... let's just hope I have enough time until the interview... under normal circumstances I should have, I believe they send the letters at least 2 weeks in advance, so that could be enough
