    just call manila embassy to ask if i need to bring the nvc letter during interview.. agent said no need to bring it..he said its okay if i dont receive packet 3 from them.. i can just download them in the website..just wondering coz agents dont want to tell me if they receive our case already.. they said its confidential and its between the embassy and nvc only.. he said if i was able to book an interview..then that means im eligible already, even if i dont receive package 3 or nvc letter.. :)
