Sadly we were denied. The consular never looked at any evidence Amr had with him. Asked a few questions which Amr answered correctly about us. Consular insisted that Amr knew me when married to his first wife(they divorced March 2010) We only began talking March 2011. Consular said I deny your visa on his feeling. I only wished I could have gone to be with him more times..but with work and the cost it wasn't possible. I hope they do not hold this against us. For evidence I made binders containing our chatlogs,screen shots,and evidence of mail/. packages I have sent him. Any evidence you have showing continous relationship between you two ...you need to send.

when they call they only give you a week or so...ugh:-( so make sure you have all your evidence to him so u do not have to worry. I sent him ours....about 1 month ago

Not everyone posts here on visajourney...so i do not know if there is a way to know when that ONE K-1 petition was filed. Although , I do find it very odd only one K-1 for the month of February :-(

New Interview List is posted ..and I do not see our case # :-( this process is such a roller-coaster of emotions.

No (( And now with the embassy closings..it will delay even longer.I emailed them and they did confirm having our package 3 but informed us they will notify us of interview date..So we wait. I am hoping to see the updated list on the Embassy site and see our case #...That would just be the Best Feeling!

Sad Sad Sad...with the embassy being closed it is putting everything behind on interviews .....So patiently waiting.
