I was wondering anyone can help me. My wife is a Cr-1 visa holder she has been living in US for almost 2 years. i know the immigration officer at the airport said we need to change her status 3 to 4 months before her 2 years living here. My question is how would i go about doing that. What is the process and to what visa will we be changing it to. Thanks in advance for your help

My wife just got her letter to schedule her interview. i got a question what is the MRV receipt number they are asking? It says i need to apply for a visa is this different from the visa application we turned into the the national visa center. And also is the payment to the visa center different from the mrv payment fee. what are the proper steps i should take dealing with this part of the process please help.. Thank you or all ur help.

I need help about with the ds-230 application for immigrant visa and alien registration. I just paid for the Immigrant Visa processing fee of $230 i was wondering about the Ds-230 form on part 2 of the form it says do not write on number 45. So we send it in without signing that part? and another question does it have to my wife that sends in the form or can i fill it up and send it in? If i am the one to send it in does her signature have to be original or can it be a scanned copy? i would really appreciate any help thanks.

In filling up the i-130 form Question 21 is asking for the last address at which my wife and i lived together? what if we only lived together for a few weeks when i was on vacation in the Phillipines does that count? do i write that down?

Hi! If you are supporting her financially & if your wiring her some money.. you can use western union receipts proving that you are trying to support her. that's what my husband did for our supporting documents.
