We are also waiting and freaking out. It really helped calling them though. Just to hear that they have our case and that they are working on it. This is the number that we called: 1-800-375-5283. At some point the automated voice will ask you to give them you case number. If you don't have it or it does not go through. Press 2 and you get to speak with a representative(or at least that's what happened to us when I called). I don't know if it is any help but we have been waiting since June 23 and every time we ask it does not seem to be our case that there is anything wrong with. The processing time is just loooooooooooooooong.

Hello everyone. I just signed up for VJ. I recieved my 1st notice for I-129f petition on 6-23-11 and still no 2nd notice. I've called to check my status for over 2 months now and they keep telling me the california service center is still processing JUNE 16,2011???? Has anyone heard anything about what is really being processed from that center??
We are in the exact same situation as you. We got our first NOA on June 23, 2011. The USCIS website states that their processing goal is 5 months and so we called them a month ago to see what was going on. They told us that they were working on june 16 and that we should hear from them within two weeks to a month. Yesterday (a month later) we called them again and we got the same answer "we are processing June 16, wait a month and call again". My fiance told the operator that we got the exact same answer a mont ago and she said to wait only two weeks this time before calling again.
This is frustrating because we can see that ppl from July and August are getting approved now through USCIS. What happened to the the July cases? I have been wrecking my brain to find an answer to the question. Maybe the operator got sick and are therefore behind? Maybe our case are just difficult (though we have not gotten any RFE's) Hmmmm I am just as lost as you.
I hope it helps to know that you are not alone

Hej OlofAllie
My fiance and I got our NOA1 on June 23, 2011. I am like you anxious to see my fiance and checking the visa status all the time to se if there is any response. We called the California Service Center three weeks ago and they told us to give it another month and then call again. They said that they were currently working on/approving the cases with NOA1 on June 16.

Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to post about your physical. Even though I'm not having my physical at your doctor (or even in your country)it was nice to read about how your tests were done
