hi lynn, i have a question.. they say the process usually takes 5 months.. but lookin at the processing time for tunisia.. it says 166 days for NOA2 notices.. our 5 months was on 6/3/12 and called CA USCIS yesterday and they are delayed in processing our file by 18 days. USCIS Rep, told me to call back next month if i didnt hear anything yet??

Hello Lynn, I have not heard anything regarding my RFE.. How about you?? Any updates on your case?? The waiting is crazy...lol. I've requested PTO from work to see my husband in November.. I'm so excited..

Yes, let the calls begin.. Has the process gotten so sloooow or what.. I'm still waiting for our RFE decision.. I called the other day, that didnt seem to help at all.. CSRep told me to wait for the pending decision until I get a notification and it may take up to 60 days.. Ugh!!!

I'm just waiting on my Service Request for my RFE...Received my Survey Ticket yesterday and waiting an additional 15 days... This is driving me crazy and overwhelming.. Based on your readings...can u tell me anything.. Again, i'm sorry about what happened to you.
