      I know what you ladies are talking about. we rarely eat out as well, do a lot of home cooking, but he loves my lasagna, Native American cooking, and enjoying cooking his mother's recipe...yummm. he loves my cooking but slacking on my late nights at work..

    Ahmed and I have been couponing! It's so time consuming but it's a great thing to do together because he's using his math smarts and I use my shopping savvy LOL we ended up saving over $50 at Walgreens together!

    I kind of feel hopeless finding my husband a job, who knew it would be so hard finding a job 7 interviews and no calls :( I miss all my VJ friends hope you guys are doing well!

      Saalam sisters... it takes time, my husband went through the same thing.. we loaded his resume on all job websites and he interviewed. good luck to both of you and may allah bless your family with great news. there are driving classes your husband can attend, they do weekend classes as well. its very good.

    As of October 17, 2013, I am finally with my wife in U.S.A. Thanks to Almighty Allah, I had no problems with the immigration checkpoints at any point during my flight.

      The sooner the better, there is only 1 doctor that does the ME in tunis. He sometimes reschedules appts. The doc will tell him how much his ME fee will cost...

      Your husband will need to schedule an appt for his medical exam in tunis. The name of the doctor is in the Portal under Consulate info. Make sure the appt is at least a week before the interview...
