  1. Yes, i guess it's just waiting for case complete, but better check their website once in a while in case something comes up so you can catch RFE's or glitches before it causes you delay or something...

    I had the experience that after paying the IV fee and CEAC website reflected our status as PAID--it suddenly changed to REJECTED...(check my timeline). Good thing I kept checking their website.

    And oh, I suggest to keep screen shots of how your invoice pages look like...good thing I did, it came in handy when I sent an email to NVC for disputes, queries, or requests.

    Girl my AOS checklist was received on October 3rd and i am been tracking NVC for 5 months now because this is my 3rd checklist so call tomorrow evening.. because they have reviewed October 2nd on October 23rd

  2. Sometimes, when reviewing a checklist, they find something else wrong with the package that missed the first inspection, hence why this error wasn't in the first checklist. This happens. It's human. The people who review packages aren't perfect.

    Just send in the correction. I don't want to sound harsh, but instead of crying and being upset, just send it in. Crying isn't going to get you anywhere, sending in the corrected checklist will.

    ok thanks i realise that is what i have to do .... But my husband is in New York because his grandmother went into critical condition yesterday so i can't do anything until he goes back home :(
