Good day!My son's NOA2 arrive last Oct.7,and I haven't receive mine yet until now..is this normal? I feel it's unusual about this,we suppose to receive both the same time right the fact that we applied IR-CR1..at the same time.Please help me to understand this matter...My husband already called USCIS they said we'll wait 30 days...Until he receive also the notification about the affidavit of support and the IV fee of my son's...are we continue the processing of my son's or are we going to wait mine? just so confusing ...thank's in advance for anyone who can help me.

My USC husband is planning to visit again here in the Philippines while waiting my spouse visa..we really miss each other! ....the thing just makes me worry is~what if I got pregnant while I'm still here in the Philippines before my visa,will they allow me to travel with a baby in my womb? Will this be a problem one day and adjust my flight or postpone my visa?I just have this thought that maybe I will wait for another 9 months to give birth and leave my baby here because I don't wanna leave my baby here ...well this is just for in case because it's not yet happened and I'm not yet pregnant but your words might help us to use a birth control;)But,if it's not a problem with the US embassy and I am free to become a mother anytime I want,that would be great! but if it'll take a long while to be with my husband,I think that kind of blessing must accept later on when I get there in US.Thank's everyone in advance!God Bless Us All!

Hello Everyone! Can my USC husband apply me a tourist visa while we are waiting for my IR-1/CR-1 visa? We really want to be each other as soon as possible and he's thinking about the tourist visa if it's possible..

I'm new here ,I am a Filipina...we just got married with my American husband last Nov.2011.He asked me to review about the USCIS while he's busy working right now so I could get some info. when he apply the I-130.Then my friend just gave me this site.We are both know nothing about all of these petition matters so we are willing to know everything because we want to be each other soon! he came back in US,and we miss each other so much! I am a single parent when we got marry,he love my son too and wishing to get my son a visa also.I need some advice from all of you there.What is the first step we have to do?
