Wow. I had always looked at your status since you and my husband were only one day apart and both going to Atlanta and I just thought you weren't updating your status anymore. I am sorry to hear that you haven't gotten an interview letter yet. You even did your biometrics about three weeks before my husband. Are you applying as 3 years married to a citizen or 5 years? My husband applied based on 5 years though he has lived here 7 now.

Shari, I was always looking at your status too, hoping that I'd hear soon too based on your good news. I'm applying as a "3 years married to a citizen" applicant.

I'm right behind you, Razorback. Probably not worth opening a can of worms until after 5 months have passed. I applied in late June, did my fingerprints early and I've been in line since 7/30, so I've been in line just a couple of weeks longer than you.

I called after 30 days of being in line - that's what the website said to do. I haven't heard anything back yet. They said 15 days (I take that to mean 15 business days - which puts us mid week next week) for a call back.

I checked my online status this morning - nothing has changed EXCEPT now it says if I don't receive a notice after 90 days, to call. Changed from 30 days. Curious to see if anybody else's has changed like that too?

Thanks Grashoppr. I just noticed the "90 day" rule change too. Either way, I'm sending my information over to my senator to see if they can get any traction going. I was really hoping to be able to vote in the upcoming general election. Sigh!

This is a frustrating process. I've been in line for an interview since July 17. I've called the USCIS hotline and opened a service request and still haven't heard any updates. I'm now writing the Georgia Senators hopefully to get some traction/answers on when my Interview date will be. Would any of you recommend using Infopass to make an appointment and requesting an update or is that a waste of time?

Got my approval yesterday! Woohoo!! Decision date was 1/24 and received it on 1/28!
