  1. Does anybody know how to obtain a certified court disposition for an expunged case in MD? Also if i re-open an expunged case, will it be accessible by everybody? will i need to do the expungement again?

    Thanks for ur prompt response.

  2. I said earlier that there was no trial before the case was nol prosed. Sure. Everyone would say I was innocent of it. I'm not ready to go into the details yet but I'm very innocent of this. I don't need you to believe it though and I don't think I need immigration lawyer. The facts should speak for itself. I was a victim of prejudice and discrimination.

  3. Nol pros is different from nolo. The case was nol prosed on the grounds that there was not enough evidence. 2ndly we didn't do trial I was just told by the state attorney that it was nol prosed. Thirdly I didn't commit the said crime I was only unfortunate to be at the wrong place

  4. Kinda odd if you do not know if you have a conviction or not. You can have your numbers run with your state's Department of Justice to get a copy of your rap sheet. If you have a GC and get a felony conviction you risk deportation.

Sorry there was an arrest but no conviction since the case was nolle prosed.

  5. I found this:

Are you saying there was NOT a conviction but there was an arrest?

There was an arrest and the conviction is Nolle Prosequi

Yes, it can affect removal of conditions or naturalization. USCIS can review the circumstances to determine if the applicant has good moral character. Good moral character is required for both.

    Will there be an interview?
