What I meant by the goverment helping me is by any discounts. Not full cost of the birth and care. I make more than enough to pay full cost. But if theres discounts out there why not take advantage of them. I understand everyone. But dont understand me wrong. We have income to were only I have to work.

Yes, you get insurance. Why should the taxpayers pay for your family? Babies need medical care too, all paid for through insurance...
Well I been working for years but I am self employed. I always have to pay back money and others use my tax money to pay for thier familys. So why should I be left behind. All of our tax money probablypayed for a birth in ur family

my wife came here to the US about 6 months ago on a conditional residency. we have been talking about having kids and we are ready to have them but I have a few questions for those who are in my situation. my wife is under the affidavit of support so she cant ask for any government help. what is the best thing to do now since I know that the delivery and labor send care of having baby are expensive is it best to look for a health insurance? is there any other way around this was the government can help me with maternity care.
has anyone on here had a baby while under the affidavit of support?

well we went to a free clinic all they asked was ssn and how much i made a month
but they did not ask for proof or any document. so would i be ok?
and yeah i was wondering about pell grants.
-
so my wife got her cr-1 in July. now i was wondering in the affidavit of support
we submitted, from what i understand she CANT ask for help from the government?
what does this include? is free clinics included? how about financial aid for school?
someone help me out

ohh alright thanks
what if i had my dhl location in Tijuana do you think it
will take longer?
-
so my wife's visa was approved in CDJ this Friday.
do you guys know when i should get the DHL information on the website?
all it says it no information something like that.
also did my wife have to pay a DHL fee at the interview??
because she said she did not pay anything, but that some people did.
did we miss something?
-
alright ill just set it to the side.
am guessing that if my wife was to accept
the offer it would be better?
or would would this letter work? just wondering
-
sorry i should have stated that it isn't for me
the offer is for my wife. a good friend that i know
is willing to give my wife a position in her company.
so would that help my wife at her interview?
or should i just set it aside since my
affidavit of support has a income of about
54,000 which makes it way over the line.
so i guess the question is should i include it
or just set it aside and take it just in case
-
will it help if i have a offer of employment letter
for the interview? i sent out my i-864 with an annual
income of 54,000 a year.
so will the offer of employment help for anything
since my i-864 is wayyy over poverty line?

make sure its the same one i have!?
-
plus do not forget that to marry in Mexico you need
to obtain permission from the Mexican government which
takes a few weeks and theirs a fee also(not cheap).
i went the CR-1 way. took about 10 months to get my interview date
at the consulate in Ciudad Juarez!
-
what does the letter you show at the medical and ASC say?
so the email i got from NVC is my invitation letter?
how many emails did you get for your interview?>
-
so what is the email i got from NVC about?
-
ok am so confused right now
i have my appointment set for july 13
for a cr-1 visa, now i been reading a lot of post
were people talk about a invitation letter and an appointment letter.
what are these two letters??
the only thing i have is an email from NVC titled P4 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200
that has my interview date and time.
should i be reciving something in the mail??
once again this is for a CR-1 visa
plz help!!
-
did any of you guys doing your interview in CD Juarez get a letter in the mail
about the interview? or did you guys get everything by email.
want to know so that i wait for the mail to come before i leave to Juarez
-
did any of you guys recive a letter in the mail about the interview in CD Juarez? or was it all done by email?
-
they will ask questions about both of you guys. like how you guys met
were you guys meet, who was there, basic questions you should already know
by the way did you receive any letter by mail about your interview?
or was it all thru email?
-
-
so i seen that in order to do the medical
for a CR-1 visa i need the followinf documents
appointment letter
invitation letter
and passport
my question is what is the invitation letter??
the only thing i have received was a letter from nvc
thu email that stated my interview date and time
-
i called NVC and they let me know.
but they said they will email me the appointment letter
in 3 days with what i need to do!
-
so i got my interview date for july 13th
so i should be receiving an appointment letter right??
what does the appointment letter say?
