  1. Yes, that means your visa has been released by the USEM to Delbros. The next thing you will see is that the shipment (your visa) is being prepared for delivery ---> then Shipment out for delivery... and soon you will receive you visa at hand!!!

    Congrats!

You're right, got text msg they're in transit...Its for my son in the Philippines..

    Thanks,

  2. We thought that there will be no problem but NVC sent us letter stating about my son's custody paper and OF 230( which i dont know). My son is 17 yrs old and my husband is his stepfather and the court decision is that i'm the sole custody. the only reason i left him behind is to finish his high school. When i called NVC, they need consent from the court that he will be allowed to travel in the US. Any advise will be appreciated.

    Thank you,

  3. We moved to a new house on August, 2006 so what we did, sent and called USCIS for the change of address, and we got confirmation by mail last Sept 12,2006. After a month, we received email that it was approved and very excited waiting for the mail. But after 2 weeks we received again email that they sent back the approved petition to USCIS. Grrrrrrrrr. We called but they couldnt give us an exact answer and that we just have to wait for 45 days, if 45 days passed we should try calling them back again...THIS IS CRAZY....i really dont know what's with their system. So for you guys, if you're planning to move, I suggest, you might as well wait for any application you applied to be approved first....GOOD LUCK...

It was approved yesterday. We're just waiting for the letter from the USCIS on what will be the next step..Good Luck. and Go for it....God bless.

  6. Thanks for the info. my husband and I went to local USCIS office, here in Tucso. You're right, my husband can petition my son as a stepchild but they want us to file the I-130 then after we got the receipt number from USCIS then we have to redo the I-129F since my husband were not able to include my child's name in the original I-129F. My husband thought that he just need to put the child's name that will go same time with me and not the name of all my children. Anyway, I hope the process will not take that long as when we applied for the K1 visa. Thanks and have a nice day...

    God bless,

  7. I need informations. I have my greencard already. My son in the Philippines, who will be turning 17 yrs.old this November 2006, would like to follow but we were not able to include him in I-129F form. What do i need to do in order to petition him to come over? Can i used I-824 or I-130? Can my USC husband petition him as stepchild? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and have a nice day.
