    Please Rusty and I have received the NOA1 on April 04, 2012 for a K1 visa. We were expecting to hear something (NOA2) by Sep 04; but we hve not hear anything yet? 5 months are up and every time we are getting more worried :( ... Is anyone else in the same situation please? I will appreaciatte your comments.

      Hi, I got approved after almost 6 months. Every case is different because different adjudicators look over cases and some are faster than others. Remember that. Good luck and call USCIS after 5 months and 2 weeks has passed. That's what we did

    I got the case number today...:D now what?

      hi,

      what I did is based on the embassy in Lima. We get package 3 and 4 together. I waited about 2 weeks before e-mailing the embassy about the package. I sent my information and my fiance's with our case number. I received an answer next day with an interview date.
