Congrats, Im glad for you 2. We are still in our delayed process. leticia woll go to court on the birth cert amendment aug 7 hopefully buy second week of sep she will be here. I understand your situation. We were also delayed due to an error on her daughters birth certificate found at the interview. Its being amended but extended us out another 90 days. They did the same with us kept the passports and documents. Thats a good thing! It means your still in the process. Good luck!

The father entered a date of marriage but they never were married. She went and got a CENOMAR showing he was never married but they want the birth certificate amended. She went to cavite yesterday where the daughter was born and they want 600 dollars to process and she has to go in fromnt of the trial court judge in 30 days. Yeah it sucks! She paid 1/2 the money and her Congressman will help.

Yes we got the manila case number on the letter the NVC sent and with that you can get some assistance from the embassy. We filed a police clearance letter to Singapore police with their assistance. Had to resolve issue with the daughter changing from follow on to join. Call center gave erroneous advice tpo Fiancee, I emailed question to embassy and I got a solid answer and remedied it.
