    Yes we got the manila case number on the letter the NVC sent and with that you can get some assistance from the embassy. We filed a police clearance letter to Singapore police with their assistance. Had to resolve issue with the daughter changing from follow on to join. Call center gave erroneous advice tpo Fiancee, I emailed question to embassy and I got a solid answer and remedied it. Good luck
