Medical done, first batch of forms send off and letter from embassy received today! Just waiting for the Affidavit of support and I can submit the DS-2001!

It was very crowded, especially in that part of London as the Olympic flame was arriving! I'm glad it is over with. Looking forward to finally receiving my letter from the embassy!

Hey, have you received the letter from the London embassy yet? I am still without mine. Had my medical today so I hope that it is in London or else my medical results won't have a file to go in! Thankfully they send them over after 3-5 days so I still have time.

Hey! I just saw that you were in Denver, Colorado! I'm hoping to move there and be with my fiance in September! We only have our NOA2 a few days ago so I am hoping this part moves much, much faster!

I checked the website at 4am in the morning and received an e-mail an hour or so later. But I think that was because I signed up for status updates with USCIS. Niels hasn't been notified in any way even though her submitted his e-mail address and mobile number for updates when we first sent the package in. It takes about a week to ten days to receive the NOA2 in the post.

But after reading the forums it became clear that it really means nothing and is not a determining factor in when you can expect your NOA2. Hi Katie, thanks for the add. Your 86-day approval gives me hope that my wait won't be for much longer (I am on day 40!). And with regards to the paperwork, that won't be over for many months (maybe a year or more if you want citizenship), but at least you'll be in the US and married to your fiance!
