I came from the philippines I been here in united states for almost 5 years now. I want to renew my passport and this is my first time since I got married but i have a problem.In my 10 years greeen card my middle name that i did used is my mother's maiden name instead of my father's last name can this situation cause a lot of problem when i renew my passport? coz i know in the philippines you have to used your father's last name as your middle name when u got married.

i did same thing that you did i use my mother's maiden name as my middle name then my husband last name... did you have a problem when you ammend or renew your passport?
