Timeline:

CSC - I-130 for Spouse

12/15/2011 - Sent I-130 Petition

12/16/2011 -NOA1

05/04/2012 -NOA2 EMail/Text APPROVED

NVC

05/21/2012 - NVC received

06/05/2012 - Case# generated

06/07/2012 - AOS/ IV invoice generated

06/07/2012 - AOS/IV Invoice paid

06/13/2012- AOS/IV packages sent to NVC by FEDEX Overnight

06/14/2012 - AOS/IV packages received by NVC

06/21/2012 - CASE COMPLETE

06/26/2012 - Interview date assigned

Final Steps..

08/08/2012 - Interview Date @ New Delhi

Assuming NVC doesn't require any additional documents. How many days does it take after they receive AOS and DS230 packets to close the case

and then schedule an interview.

I am trying to figure if my wife will get an interview in July?

Sent AOS and DS 230 docs to NVC June 4. Arrived at NVC on morning of June 5.

Hoping they can schedule an interview for July in New Delhi.
