Hello my husband's aos interview is upon us next week I have lots of questions but I will start with this one please help,

My husband went to jail for a short time it says to bring court papers certified and police report I have his final sentence paper where it says how much his sentence was the charges and everything and.its certified will this be ok or do I need a police report as well? Can I still get a police report that is over 2 years old if I have to?

Well we just moved. I filed the I130, I485, and the I765 the beginning of April I have been so stressed with our move I forgot to change our address with USCIS. Today I found out my husbands EAD had been returned because it was undeliverable I felt so bad we called USCIS and made the change with the new address and they said they would resend it within 30 days...so they said I still needed to fill out the AR-11 online so I did tonight I was already tired and then frustrated because it wouldn't let me add all three cases at once and then I put the wrong address to change it to I didn't realize it until I had already submitted it. USCIS is already closed so I will call in the morning but do you think this will be a big deal will it make things way more confusing please any advice would help.

Everyone has been such a big help please help me with this one!!! I mailed off my petition for my husband and they received it April 1st I sent off for the l130 and AID for my husband who has overstayed 7 years on a visitors visa. He has his biometrics appt already but today I received an RFE...

Its requesting more evidence for my co sponsor my mom is co sponsoring because I didn't have enough income...I filled out the I864 and she filled out the I864a they want her to show proof she lives with us but she doesnt I think I had her fill out the wrong form that if she doesnt live with us and is sponsoring she fills out the i864 exactly like I did? Is this correct? Please clarify so I can mail it back asap!!!

I just mailed my petition today for the I130 and AOS and feel like I missed some things please tell me if I could be denied. I sent the EAD petition with the AOS packet and I put 2 passport photos with it was the EAD supposed to get its own photos?

On the I864 I filled out and submitted my tax transcripts and my mom is joint sponsor and filled out the I864a I submitted her tax transcripts proof of retirement and birth certificate...I saw here that I am supposed to send a letter from my employer with it what happens if I didnt do that? Can it be denied?

What happens now will my husband get his EAD card withinn 90 days or not until our case is approved? Will we have one interview or one for each petition? Not sure what happens next any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Please if someone can help me I am getting ready to mail off my paperwork and I am torn...about the affidavit of support...for 2012 I meet the income requirement but for 2013 I dont and would need a co sponsor but technically arent they not counting 2013 until the tax deadline so if I go ahead and mail the package now I can use my income from 2012 and be ok??

I am ready to file and send off the I485 for my husband I need a co sponsor for 2013. My mom isco sponsoring and i have her last 3 yrs of taxes but not 2013 because she hasnt filed yet .Will that be a problem? I dont want to use my 2013 tax return do I have to or can I use the last 3 years what is best?

On the I485 on Part 2 which letter do I select if my husband is already here in the US and I am filing it with the I130?

In my package do I include pictures or does that come in the interview?

I meant if both petitions need a copy of my marriage certificate do I send a copy for each petition or just one for both since they are together?

Since I have to send in my petition for the I130 and AOS together for my husband do I send a copy for each one or can I send one for both since they are together in the same package? Also in the vj guides it says I need a certified copy of my marriage license and divorce papers but on the instructions of the forms for USCIS it says I just need a copy what should I do?

What is the difference between these two forms? I know I have to fill out the I864 to file AOS but my mom has to co sponser? Is it the I864a that she fills out?

When I mail off the I-130 and the 465 together with the filing fees can I make one check for both fees instead of two checks which is better?

Can't they use my income and my mother's income together?

It has been quite a while since I have been on here I kind of took a break and couldn't file because I lost my job 6 months ago but I am anxious to file this week with our taxes. We have been married almost 2 years...my husband came to the US 7 years ago on a tourist visa and never left. We met 3 years ago and we are just now able to file please give me a refresher on what documents I should file for him to be legal. Also I dont think I meet requirements for affidavit of support and I will have to use my mom as a co signer will it be a problem that she is retired on a fixed income?

My husband did his medical like a month a go so we can send off his AOS paperwork how long is the medical good for does it ever expire still trying to raise the money to send to paperwork off.

My husband's birth certificate is both in English and French on the same birth certificate but it is a certified copy like it doesn't have a seal or anything on it will the accept it and how will he get a certified copy if they dont does anyone know??

My wife got an RFE on the Birth Certificate saying the translation is not certified, send a certified translation.

She was born in Kuwait and we got the translation done from Kuwait.

i am planning to get a translated copy from any one of the below sites.
