Hello all, question with the k1 visa should I be accompanying my fianceto the states. Its a long trip for her and it can get expensive.My ticket going to manila would be the equivalent of both of us traveling back to the states. I understand my name is on her visa, but don't quite know what that means. Could anyone share the light on the subject. Thanks members

Yes I do agree with getting your deposit back. However, if your vendors are willing to work with you. There's plenty of time to move your date. Just remember that we are talking about a peek season for weddings.

Hey there Dude...be patience. I talked to a Rep from Vermont and the information that I was given is that their possessing the month of March. I filed in April an I'm pulling my hair out. We're just unfortunate that we have to deal with the east coast. California isn't having these problems.
