we applied for her CRBA last dec.o6 but we were asked to submit the original cert.of naturalzation ofmy husband.problem is,it was lost.also,they need to see evidence of his physical appearance prior to our childs birth.another problem for us.what we only have is my husbands medical record,2007 itr,1 old passport(he lost the philippine passport which is the most important).what should we do?what are the other acceptable documrnts?thank you

I'm not an expert about this...but if I were in your shoes...I would probably ask your husband to request the original certificate of naturalization from the USCIS? I'm not sure where you can get it but I assume it's like NSO or DFA in the Philippines where you get such documents.

As for the evidence of his physical presence prior to your child's birth... maybe you can show them pictures, board passes (if ever you two traveled together), maybe financial support (co...
