neone knows how long it is taking at csc after submitting rfe for i130.

hi i filed my case back in aug 2011.no approval yet got a rfe and send it back 6 weeks ago no sign of approval yet my case is in csc .plz suggest.

my cousin had his interview in aug 2011 .officer told the couple they dont have enough evidence and she will mailed the decision.7 months didnt heard nething from them.a letter came few days back asking for more evidence and my cousin provided all that .just wondering wats goin on and is he in a good shape please help.

any one has answer for me ?

how far the vj immigration timeline is correct.it tells me my i130 will be processed on march 6 2012 and my i129f on march 10 2012.please neone suggest plz.

hi its been over five months for both of my noa 1 i130 is aug 26 2011 and i129f for k-3 is sep 14 2011.please suggest me something wat should my next step ?

get out a calendar, mark the I-129F NOA-1 date, count forward 6 months - whatcha got ?

i called they told me to wait another 60 days .is this normal or something goin on plz tell me neone.

Then it hasn't been five months yet. Filing the I-129F took your I-130 out of its place in line and put it with the I-129F. Maybe in March you can call and get action if not approved by then. Until then, become as much as an expert as possible on the CR1 visa process from petition approval onward.

Exactly how long has it been since you filed the I-129F? If more than five months, you can call and make a service request but that is no assurance of speeding the approval.

now i just realized i made a mistake filing k3 i should be filing cr1 .so plz ne one suggest what r my choices except waiting can i expedite the process its been over 5 months already plz ne one suggest me something .thannks
