    This is really heartbreaking...first RFE..no hard copy yet..and then i see NVC is really slow...we are really goin to get married in winter and i have freakin summer wedding dress.

      awww I'm with my husband now but I have to go back to the states and he is not liking it one bit :( he keeps postponing it but I need to go and work and get everything prepared for the next steps

      I dont know when do they think to wake up...its not time for winter sleep...its bad that because of that i argue all the time with my fiance because we are so frustrated and we dont know what to do..we feel so hopeless

      You're not alone. It's really straining my relationship too. It just creates this horrible aura of frustration. This whole experience is just awful.

      i got email and they were fast because i check USCIS 5 mins before that and there was nothing and then i get mail and go and see and there it was RFE...Paul86- im interested to see too..i hope its nothing from my part because that would be lil longer.we will see...hopefully today or tomorrow

      well it was ok..lots of waiting.lil bit of questions,lost suitcase,inspection of my suitcase that arived at time and 2 hours later i saw mz fiance..greatest thing ever :)))

      nothing...just to wait and be patient but that is not professionally...we payed alot for all documents and for apllication and we are patiently waiting for 6 months so it would be correct if they just say something usefull...if they lost it we would wish to know so we can know what next to do...because this not knowing is really out of control...you call there like idiot every week just so they can tell you the same thing every time...so now we will contact congressman even tho that last 30 m...

      what does your REF instruct you to do? Also, this is the frustrating thing they wait all this time to send you an REF when they had the file for so long. Then right after your deadline then they sent you an REF. This could have been handle months ago. Crazy...

      Yea i know its frustratning but at least i know my case is not lost and somebody had it in hands today.it didnt say anything in mail but ppl told me that i need to wait hard copy and they will send what we need.i just hope its something that we can send fast.and hope after that they will not need 60 days to approve it
