Thanks for indulging in my frustration lol... I figured out that they want you to pay in advance to get an earlier interview date. We paid and are booked for Feb 28th but I REALLY want to get one sooner ( early January) so I have been checking almost every hour for earlier dates. I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that if you choose to pay on the day that they will give you a date obnoxiously far off. I saw 198 days and freaked because we are planning our "wedding" in 195 days lol... Keeping hope alive here

I got packet 4 yesterday and have been trying to book my interview and it says the next available appointment is in 198 DAYS!!!! This is insane! I could do an entirely new case in that time. I'm frustrated and just need to vent. It shouldn't be this difficult to be with the people we love.

I am new to visa journey so please excuse me for not knowing what information is available. I am applying for a K-1 visa and wasn't aware until after I asked my question that I had filled in the wrong personal information. Thank you to those of you who responded with HELPFUL information. :-)

Hello! I am ready to send out my I-129f package and am faced with a question of where:

I am a GA resident but I will be in NY for the duration of the immigration process.

Do I send the package to the center that corresponds to GA or NY?

If I send it to the one that corresponds to GA, will they still mail all of the information that follows to NY?
