I am a petitioner of my 2 daughters, adult child of LPR, i just want to know, what is the next step after i recieved the approval notice? Its been 3 years ago? How long do i need to wait before i can hear on my petition to nvc? Do i need to contact them now, or wait til i have the case number? Thank you in advance for all your information and response

It all depends in the outcome of thier interview, my daughter pass her interview and the consul congratulate her, but she was asked to submit some papers, in which the nvc told her and e mailed her to hand it over to the interviewer, and no need to send it to them. When she was there with the consul, shes trying to give the paper to her, but the consul says no, just mailed it instead to usembassy using 2go courier. And we waited 2 weeks after they deliver the visa.

Hello, yes she got their visa, april 2, and flying to US, this 18th of April.Be patient it will come, I know the feeling of waiting.....it seems its forever.Goodluck

I'll suggest, put yes.I petition my daughter and shes not married but she have a daughter .my grand daughter is the derivative of my daughter, meaning she had an option if she wants her daughter to join with her , or wait.Now they are coming both in US, this 3rd week of April.He can bring his 2 kids with him if he wants too, and it saves time, coz I know someday in time, he will be thinking on how he can get his kids to join him and live with him too.

Now when I check again in ceac status update m on my daughter name its says issued, now for my grand daughter, its back to ready for interview......what happen they have both their interviews together and yesterday it is both, issued both since march 22.I do not know what is happening now? Do I need to worry? Help me pls...

My querry is, how long do u think, we need more to wait for the 2go courier to deliver my daughter's visa? You think I need to book for their plane ticket, since now, summer is fast approaching, the prices of one way plane ticket is super high.

Yes, I am a lpr, and yes, the consul congratulate her and said they were approve. When she was on the line for the delivery, the 2go told her that she need to send the papers that the nvc told her , to hand it on her day of interview, its a small correction only on the form I-864.she even show the emailed that the nvc, sent thru email to her, but the consul just tell her to send via 2go instead. Its 12 days already after she sent the papers and we track the doc if the embassy receives it.and yes they got it already. Still in AP.hoping it will change it to issued, finger crossed.

Its almost 2weeks after my daughters interview in the us embassy in the Philippines.She mailed the necessary papers that they've been asking, a day after her interview, the consul dont accept the papers/document, and tell her to mailed it thru 2go.By the way, on my email from the nvc last nov.2013, they told me (the Petitioner)that no need to send the papers/documents to them, instead the applicant can just hand it on to them on the day of her interview .Any info how long is the waiting time for the issuance of visa?and how can I track the movement if they were touching/reviewing the case.?I always check it in ceac, but it only shows that its under AP, status update march7 now.I do not know what is the meaning of that date, its vary from feb 27, then march 5, and now march 7.Any information and answers is very much appreciated.thanks.

My daughter had her interview last feb.27. The nvc mailed me a letter that she needs to hand the docs on the day of her interview to the consul,and told me not to send it to them(nvc), its a small correction on the 1-864 form. but the consul refused to received it, but he noted on 2go paper to send the docs that my daughter was trying to give to him on that same day of her interview. she submitted the said docs via 2go, the following day. My question is, how long is the waiting time if you are under administrative processing? Any responses is much appreciated.thank u.

Good day to all. Is the coversheet I've used in sending my AOS, agfidavit of support, is the same cover sheet also that I can use for sending the legal documents to nvc ? I filled up the 260, next is how will I send my documents.do I need to wait for another coversheet? Thank you for some advices. God bless us all

I've sent the ds 260 online for my daughter, I am the petitioner. May I asked anybody in here, after I submitted it online, I know I need to submit the legal documents thru snail mail. Is there a cover page that the nvc provided for me for this? Or I can send it now, without waiting for coverpage?please update me.

I am the petitioner, I am very confuse if I need to send my aos documents thru email, when I am reading some members here, said aos sent by email. Some says thru mail.... which is the best.I already sent my aos document by post mail. Am I wrong, please update me.tia

I am petitioning my daughter under 21 years old, thru F2A visa.Her case is already in NVC, and i paid her AOS, already. My question is, when i check the payment for the IV application processing fee, its the name of her daughter was listed and not my daughter's name.it shows also under number of iv fees is 2.I am very confused right now and don't know if i petition my daughter, is it really will happen that it is not only my daughter i am petitioning, but also her child? I only apply for my daughter alone in I-130 and pay the fee only for her. In AOS payment that the nvc sent to me is on my daughters name.But now when I am checking the CEAC site, i notice this, when i am checking if i can pay for her IV application processing fee, its the name of her child was listed on there. Pls tell me what do i need to do. You think it may have conflicts with her case.What makes me confused is, if i petition my daughter, can she also bring her child with her? Her child will turn 3 years old this coming November. What i am thinking is, i need to petition her child also and pay the fee separate from my daughter, am i right?.Please any info is well appreciated, and thank you in advance.

Mine, was approved Aug 13th, and got the hard copy thru mail, last 19th of Aug.....til now i am still waiting for the case number from the nvc
