    According to the DOS, the visa was issued yesterday! No update on the courier tracking number yet, though.

    Incredibly nervous about the interview today but I know my fiance will do great. Getting sleep tonight may be out of the question!

    That's great! Good luck to you at your interview as well. This wait feels like the longest to me, but it's only because I'm so ready!

    You can always try before that. And you can keep calling the DOS to see if the date has been assigned or packet 3 has been logged. At least they're assigning dates lately with a few weeks notice instead of a month!

    Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I got an October 1st interview date. I'm not sure what worked, but we called the embassy twice a week and did send an e-mail when it had been 4 weeks since Packet 3. I hope you get yours soon!

    So USCIS has Twitter. This is good to know when I can tweet to ask where my case is when it reaches the 5 month mark :)

    I really hope that too! I'm not sure if we'll stay in NC, but we probably will while we're getting established. I hope the Vermont center keeps it's reputation and moves very quickly

    I got my NOA1 today and it was sent to Vermont. Now it's time to wait :)

    Still waiting on my NOA1. They should've picked it up from the post office Tuesday so it hasn't been long, but I'm impatient :)

      Thank you! Even though our case has no complications, we're in a line like everyone else, so we're planning for at least 6 months. I'll just be happy when I know it's in the line.

    My tracking number shows my I-129F was delivered at 4 a.m. this morning. Considering the post office is closed, I'm not sure how that happened.

      The texas lockbox is just a post box in the post office. Delivered status means it has been put in the box waiting for USCIS to come pick it up.

      Okay, thank you, that makes a lot more sense! I was wondering how it managed to arrive at the post office and be delivered in a 5 minute time frame. I'm just glad it got there safely.
