    My Husband and i met when he was 14 and i was 16 making that 4 years together, we have a 2 year old daughter named Angelina. We decided to go through with the immigration process when we heard about the ban after turning 18 1/2. So he did leave the united states prior to that. After my husbands interview he was placed in Administrative Processing..its been 6 months now and we are still waiting!...But we know god will get us through this!! We are Strong Believers!!..GOD BLESS and may all ur cases go smoothly and fast

    How long after DS-260 sent in does it take to get case complete?

      when you say, "DS-260," you mean the online version of the Visa App, right? We got an answer on ours in less than a month (5/10/12) and the Visa appt is scheduled for 6/5/12.... I hear that supposedly it takes around a month for them to reply and it can be as early as 2weeks from the notice that you have your visa appt date! Good luck! :)
