OK....just received my first letter (email) from the Embassy in Chisinau with instructions on the next steps! Yay!! :-)

I am thinking that when the cart with 10,000 petitions was rolling down the aisle that mine fell off and someone picked it up and processed it! ;-)

I also did my best to put together a well organized but simple packet. I arranged it using the VJ guide, exactly using the examples provided. I also had nicely organized tabs to make finding things easier. The description of how we met was very short and to the point stating facts....No tear jerking novel.

I also threw in our boarding passes for both our trips...So there was no question that we met. I did not give any emails, phone bills, skype or txt logs....Remember this is a sales pitch to U.S. Immigration...You have to sell them that your relationship is honest, sincere, and you are both happy! Photos speak a thousand words so choose wisely what you send. I sent about 12 photos.

Solid evidence....We both had passport stamps from visiting other countries together, showing us at the same place at the same time. She also has a tourist visa so she has visited me here in the U.S. and the passport stamp to prove it. These are huge pieces of evidence. Secondly we have photos together in Moldova and U.S. with family and friends...showing us happy together.

I really don't know how it went so fast! I was very careful putting the packet together using the guides from VJ, talking with people and reading all the RFE's....Didn't expedite it just sent it in FedEx. I also had some solid evidence...but still I was really surprised as I was ready for the 5 month wait.

Ok....I just received my NOA2 Approval!!! The crazy thing is that it has only been 1 month to the day since I submitted the petition!! How can this be??? I am not complaining though! Wooooohooooo!!
