    Helo you can email the NVC to get ur MNL case number thru email so that u can proceed to your medical and u can schedule your interview date, once you received an email from NVC with ur case number u can pay the Visa Fee to any BPi branch, and schedule u interview, the medical is first come first serve you can just schedule when u want to go tru ur medical..
