Just to clarify, on the G-325A, I-485, I-131, I-765, and I-864 we should use her MARRIED name, not maiden name?

One of the requirements on the I-134 app is in regard to your bank account. It says "Total Amount Deposited in Past Year." Do I really need to get every deposit in the past year on paper or will a statement with my balance suffice?
Any help?
I had my bank send me a letter stating my total deposits for the last year and info on when my account was opened.

Can someone tell me what all is involved in the medical exam for a woman obtaining a fiance visa? Blood test, urine test, gyn exam? What all do they do?

I switched to Vonage for my home phone for reasons other than long distance rates, and it turns out that their rates are very competative with some of the cards. I use their cheapest plan ($15/mo) and calls to Serbia are only about 10 cents/minute. That was the best I could do with a calling card. I guess it depends on the country, but if Vonage is an option for you, check their rates.

FIVE misdemeanor offences while I was attending University. Oh the good times!
Why do I get images of that movie Old School with Will Ferrell in my head when I read that? Glad it all worked out OK.

If you are the petitioner you should sent along with the 1-129F package to your fiancée the beneficiary, the originals that you did not sent in to the USCIS; birth certificate, divorce certificate, etc. They also need to be dated as close as possible to the interview date.
Good luck,
Peter Miami
Thanks. I'll just order another one to be safe.

ccfoo,
If your life insurance has a cash value, and you want it to be taken into consideration, then it needs to be documented.
So if I make enough money, then I don't need to report the life insurance?

Two questions really... Will my fiance need an original certified birth certificate for her interview? And are there any stipulations about how old it is? In her instructions she was told that hers couldn't be more than 6 months old. Seems weird, but whatever. Doesn't say anything about mine, but I don't want to assume too much.

Part of the I-134 asks how much life insurance I have. If I fill this in, do I need to include a copy of the policy? Do I really need to include this, it wasn't on the example form that I saw on this site?

i hate to sound stupid but i need a hand here. as you know some forms are fillable on computer and G325A is one of them and we are instructed to fill out all four pages. when i tried to do so i can only fill the first page and thats it. other pages doesn't respond. how to fiil out all those 4 pages? hand writing? thanks
Did you try printing? I think it copies the fields from the first page. I used a program called PDFill (http://www.pdfill.com/) because that let me save the files with my changes.
SSN after wedding

Another reason to get the SSN earlier would be for insurance. Once we were married I changed my benefits to include my wife and they asked for SSN. When I said she didn't have one and it would be months before she would get one they asked if there was some number assigned to her case. The A# is 9 digits so I gave them that. So far so good (knock on wood).
