I AM PREPARING MY AOS PACKET TO SEND TO NVC AND HAD A COUPLE QUESTIONS.

I HAVE NEVER WORKED SO I NEVER FILED A TAX RETURN. MY FATHER IS SPONSERING MY HUSBAND. I AM DEPENDENT ON MY DADS TAX RETURN.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHICH FORM I SHOULD FILL OUT AND WHICH FORM MY FATHER SHOLD FILL OUT. WE LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD.

SHOULD WE BOTH FILL I-864 OR SHOULD I FILL I-864 AND MY FATHER FILLS I-864A.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

Just got my NOA2 email:-)

I'm so happy and most of all RELEIVED!

Just had to share it with you all:)

I just want you to understand that the way visajourney works to answer peoples questions about the waiting times is by the timelines people post and edit.

So, when people ask a question about how long does it take? How long is it taking now? We can only answer with good answers when we have the timelines people fill out.

So, people who want help-ask questions

and people who get help should try to help others and fill

out their timelines.

That way we will have the answers to peoples question

The thing is that I actully use VJ with my smartphone, and I don't have a PC on hand. My smartphone doesn't allow me to update my timeline, and that's why I havnt posted it up yet :-/ but I'll be doing it soon:) thanks again!

I have a feeling we will get ours nxt month.. i dont think it will take longer then that because they are now really working on july because i see soo many july approvals. I hope its soon though at least were not alone so that gives me hope that my case isnt lost lol

Hi Guys....here is just update my friend is July 11 filer and she just got her NOA 2 yest after 6.5 months. So any July people waiting you should be getting yours. I am August filer so I still have time..I just thought about letting everyone know about this.

Hang in there!!!! I just got ours last night at 9:40pm after 6.5 months wait (22nd June). Funny enough, I was talking to another VJ memeber 2 days ago, complaining about the wait... I messaged the another VJ member after recieving the text, and they got the NOA2 text a few minutes after!! It won't take forever!! Good luck!!

The real hard part about the waiting is for those of us who have been waiting longer than that to be with our significant other. I've been waiting since October of 2010. We had one week together last August (I went to Moscow), but other than that It's only been phone calls, Skype, SMS messages, and e-mails.

Hang in there awhile longer. I have a good feeling CSC will start pushing them out pretty quickly. Give it till the end of the month. YOu posted in spouse section. I hope you will take time to edit your timeline so you can help answer others questions about how long each step can take.

Someone just posted that she is at 5.5 months and her congressman told her USCIS lost her petition....

My disappointment, it was again said that they are working on June 16th cases and they may take up to two months to get to my case, which is July 18th.

My question is that did anyone recently get an NOA2 ? Because calling them n trying to find out progess is

pointless, so I thought maybe you all can help me make my own time line as to when they'll reach July 18

So i called USCIS TODAY and still says June 16 2011. I am so tired of them.how can they be processing June 16 since 2 months, I don't understand.

Hey, my 6th month is a week away and nothing from UCIS yet... I just hope they wake up and start WORKING ON APPROVALS!

I'm July 18th and still no NOA2 :-(

If I don't hear anything in January, I'll go crazy >:-(

It seems like Vermont center is doing a better job than California center:-/

It's been over 5 months now and nothing in the mail. UCIS received my case on July 18. I wasn't expecting such a long wait. I'm really frustrated, anyone in late June or early July get the NOA2 yet?
