CSC sent me a response......currently reviews are taking 6 months and i should receive a notice of action by november 1st!! melcom1122....u were soooooo right. now i wait more than i have already! lucky me

I just received an email from uscis and it says we received your service request but at this time there is not a time frame that we can give you once reviewed you will receive letter in mail
this is crazy I called them also and they told me it can take months or ever years for cases to be reviewed.......

bueno mi amor I am sorry to hear that and i know that is the same response I am going to get I guess our hope for an 2nd interview this year looks ugly but then again God does things for a reason and I guess its not our time to be by our SO side but I know and have faith that it will happen with Gods willing and when he wants it 2 happen just hang in there a little more.... in a couple of months we will be laughing about this experience...

My congressman left me a message while I was away so I called today and he just called to see if I had heard anything from USCIS...I said NO so he said he is going to look into this and get back to me as soon as he has a response. Hopefully I will hear something good pretty soon = )

Soooooo I am back = ( but......I had such a wonderful time with my hubby. Funny, when I came back and am in front of immigration he asks where my husband is....I said.." Well unfortunatly he had to stay cuz the CO in DR beleives our marriage is a sham and didnt approved his visa." He looked at my passport and saw all the stamps to DR and just said "WOW hopefully it will go better for you next time"

Ok, so after I enjoyed knowing my interview date, here is my question: How long did it take DR friends to get medical results? I was thinking of telling hubby to take the medical May 1st as on this day they lower the price but am scared that it is too close to interview date of May 7th and wouldn't get the results on time.... what do you think?
