Wants to bring son and daughter of a permant resident father in the US.

  The father has 2 families. First family is legitimate and married to his wife. First wife and father got seperated but still married. Father married the mistress and got kids and got marriage certificate and birth certificate with his last names.
  
  is it possible to petition daughter and son although they are both illegitimate children? how and what is the process? please advice
