IR2 at the NVC but when the case was transferred to US Embassy suddenly changed to. F11. but ceac shows CASe READY

Priority Date is 2018 . called us embassy and they said ir2 on their system . but ceac account shows f11

DQ since 2020.

Beneficiary is 23 years old now,

Hi i am a permanent resident and trying to bring my 2 sons. One is 16 and one is 20 yrs old. I filed the petition last aug 2018.  The priority date is 2018. We received a  RFE letter and needed the updated birth certificate of my two boys( minor when i filed it last year)

my other son just turned 21 yrs old last oct 28, 2019. What will happen to his category? Will he stay in f2 or will be moved to fb2 since the uscis requires current birth certificate before his 21st bday? 

Received rfe for I-130 approval on october 15, 2019. His birthday is oct 28, 2019 and turned 21 yrs old.

Hello i came to US since 2010 and got married 2013 ..my wife and i still married but separated. I went to my country for vacation only for a month and came back here

Would like to ask your recommendation if it would be better to apply for N400 now. Worried about my son’s status as he will be turning 21 next year ( Oct ) submitted his application last week (LPR ) and notice that the processing time will take about 2 yrs . pls advise. Thanks

PRIOrity Date is aug 1, 2018. Where can i check the processing time? We live in Florida. 

What if the I-130 gets approved in 6 months. Will he be protected by CSPA? Pls advise.

Submitted I130 on 8-1/2018 received NOA on 8-10/18 . Priority date is 8-1/2018 for minor child of LPR. Is it a good news? How long does it take to get approval? Son is 19 yrs old and will be 20 yrs old on Oct 2018. letter shows USCIS Alien No: what does it mean? pls advise. Tnx

Petitioned Greencard holder father missed the other sons name in the lists where you suppose to write all your children's name in his applications. Is it ok to petition 25 years old daughter from different mother? please advice.

Father wants to petition 2 illigitimate children. Father is married to his first wife and still married with 5 kids. But father got a mistress and he married the mistress. How the father can petition the daughter and son? Can they use their birth certificate and submit the mother's marriage certificate although their marriage is not real (Coz the father is still married with his first wife)..

Father doesnt know what to do coz the birth certificate of his daughter says that her mom and dad are married.

Father was petitioned by his legitimate son from the first wife and real wife. So Father wants to petition daughter from different mother.
