On part 4 of the new form where the US Citizen (or person who through whom the applicant gained lawful permanent residence from) puts their information, does one use your maiden or married last name if a woman? It just says Family Name (last name), not sure which one to put and of course their example form has conditional resident being a female, so on that part the husband just used his last name which is the same as his wives..

To speed up the process, does anyone know if response to an RFE can be faxed or scanned and emailed?

Since the CSC sent some of it's workload to the TSC on March 8th have any July people (past July 18th) gotten their NOA2 yet??

Our NOA1 was recieved July 24th at CSC and so we are going on 8 months of waiting now..

On a K1 visa is it possible to travel back to the United States, marry within 90 days and then leave the country again to go back to my (will be) husbands country of birth for another year. And then after that, return to the United States as a married couple.

I ask this because I am a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Paraguay, and want my fiance to visit the states with me, have a wedding ceremony there, and then we will be going back to Paraguay (my country of service) until I finish with service May 2013.
