  1. Thanks everyone for the information. I decided I am not going to the interview. I feel confident she will do well :-) She speaks fluent English, She comes from an educated background and is currently a doctor. We have visited each others homes twice so we have lots of pictures. Also we do have a wedding date set for November 10 so those papers will help hopefully to show the relationship is real. With all that said, that's what is helping me come to this decision. I will visit her when she is on her way to move here and come back with her:-) I can't wait till that day :-) :-)

  2. Are there any November 2011 CSC filers out there getting anxious as they watch the time lines creep closer to our adjudication dates? Rounding out 4 months and it honestly hasn't felt that long. I've tried to keep myself busy and I guess it worked! Actually, with each day I get more anxious and nervous and then start stressing about all the paperwork we still have to get done for Packet 3 and 4...Where did the time go? B-)

Yep we are right here with you waiting too. We got our NOA1 November 14th. Hopefully we here something the end of the month :-) Fingers crossed for all of us

  3. Hi :) We are unsure if I the petitioner from the United States needs to be at the interview with my fiancee in venezuela? I will be flying to Venezuela in August to help her bring her things here to the United states. We are still waiting for the NOA2, but she should have the interview by april or may hopefully. We received NOA1 Nov. 10 2012. She is currently a doctor in Venezuela and speaks fluent English. It is explensive to fly there twice so does anyone think it is necessary for me to fly there again just for the interview? Thanks for you help

  4. Thanks for the quick reply. I just checked again on my saved file of her G-325a form that we submitted, and in the box of City and Country of birth is filled in along with her parents birth places. It just made me a little concerned that it would cause a hiccup later on since on the receipt it said unknown. It shouldn't hopefully since we have the G-325a form stating her birth place from venezuela and her passports. Does anyone else's on the I-797C list their beneficiaries country of birth as UNKNOWN or is it listed? Thanks

  5. I filed on Nov 7. 2011 and recieved NOA1 on Nov 10. 2011 I wanted to ask if I should be concerned where it says my fiance's country of birth, it states UNKNOWN. Should i be concerned about this? They have her name and date of birth correct and in the packet we included every page of her two passports, Espanol and Venezuelan passport. Also on the papers we filled out she stated her birth and current residence as Venezuela. Any comments of how other are would be appreciated thanks.
