    hi everyone ... just needed your advice ..im confused now... my husband subbmitted his i-130 and it is been approved last september 2013... now my problem is the passport copy that i have in that i-130 i am still using my surname when i am still single ... but now my passport is been changed into my husband's surname.. would it affect with the processing of our papers? plsss i need your help

      I do not think that even matters,as long as is the same passport number
