Still waiting for interview myself. Its been over a yr since i filed the i485

Haven't been here in a while. I'm happy to see so many new faces here. Giqs did you get your interview date.

My I360 was approved 2/15/13 and my 485 was sent in at the same time my vawa did. And so far it hasn't moved from initial review.

Is my-joy and my-jay the same person?

Today I got denial email. After waiting almost two years I got DENAIL. now I'm waiting for letter to see why.

I haven't been here for a while ..only to come now and see this sad news. Omggg..macbook I'm so sorry and sad for you Hun. Just do what you can. I this life we can never give up but I know it is hard. Next month will make it a yr I am waiting for interview

To prove abuse:

1-letter women in destress psicologys 20 section

2-letter my doctor medication Zolopht depression

3-emergency room visit abusive behavior

To prove good moral Caracter:

1- letter from police department clearance 2

Others document

1- letter checking account

2- letter saving account

3- health ensure card ( my name my son and his name)

4- birth certifique our son together

5-marriage certifique

6-divorce final papers .. My ex went to DR to get the divorce done he went there to avoid all USA law

... Please help

Sissie im happy you got a interview date. I think you have enough evidence.

No I'm talking people that filed everything together. They seemed to get interview quicker.

I did all of that. Infopass, Congress person, calls..everythhing. And all they keep saying is to wait wait wait.

Did Liveyrlife get his/her GC yet?

I'm not sure, but it seems like they get interviews quicker.

Hey everyone it's been a while since I have been on.like you guys know I got my RFE in December and am finally sending my response to vsc. It was a long process to gather all my documents so now am back in on the waiting line. Loveme,liveurlife,sisi,optimistic chic, how's everything going with your case hope you guys and everyone has been getting good news. Sandranj how are you doing? FILE VAWA SEPTEMBER 15/2011 GOT TWO PRIMA FACIE. TWO WORK PERMIT THEN I GOT APPROVAL ON DECEMBER 26. 2012 YAAA

APPRVAL AT 12:02PM THEN 12:04 TRANSFER TO BENEFITS CENTER THEN SAME DAY AT 3:06 THEY TRANSFER MY I-1485 TO MY LOCAL OFFICE ALL WITHIN HOURS WAITING FOR INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT YAAAAAAA :dance:

Sandra just a question: who's the congressman in MA? Should i call the senator or district? I decide to call cause i been wating for interview for 6 months now. My case haven't been even transfer... Please help w/ this information. Thanks a lot.

Hey we are all in the same boat. I knew there was someone else besides Sissi and myself waiting a long time for interview i just couldn't remember who it was.

Siissi had a success with her congress person, her filed was transfer after she contacted them. But i guess every congress person is different in their diligent and determination to help.

It's easy to find out who is yor congress person. All i did was google "my congress person" and a website came up where you're ask to enter your zipcode or address.

Hi guys... my case is still the same. I've been waiting for my Congress person to help me but its been more than two weeks and im still not getting anywhere much with them. I just keep waiting and waiting.

Besides the abuse I suffered, this is one of the hardest things I've been through! I guess I can only come out stronger because I am already broken.

Sandra said that my case sounds like it will not get AOS interview like her pastor as her church ..

She got AOS I 485 approval without interview... Never heard of it before ., today check my case online it says They sent RFE i think is medical exam have not send it ..

Also say .. Once you submit the evidence requested and the decision is made, you will be notified by mail.,

...... AOS vawa no interview .. Please help

Domi-nique once Vawa Unit approve the Vawa petition they will transfer the file to the district office for interview on the I-485, it might take 2/4months. NVC processes the files for aliens approved for green cards who presently live outside the US . The physical exam is valid just for 1 year hen you have to do all over again, and fingerprints as well.

Domi-nique just Vermont was adjudicating Vawa cases, but they started transferring some files to Nebraska.

2/4 months Sandra .. i wish that was the case

nardah everything is fine with Vawa. The changes proposed did not pass the house,the House Republicans have blocked the re-authorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and then officially expired, but Vawa is in effect.
