The case your sister filed for you has nothing to do with your mom. Your mother when she immigrates ti the US cannot upgrade or speed up the case filed by your sister.

As an LPR, your mother can file a new case for you if you are not married. If you are over 21, it's a 7-8 years wait from the day she files. This case is separate from the case filed by your sister.

i needs someone to assist me, my pd is 07 im a f4, waiting on a visa number. My sis filed for my mom back in 2011, she is now waiting on her medical and visa interview. After my mom go to the us can she file some kinda adjustment of status on my case to shorten my wait time or it makes no sense

People who has PD until Nov 8,2000 start getting their interview letters.

I haven't heard anything from NVC or US consulate yet Still waiting for the new visa bulletin to come out I think if the visa bulletin keeps moving only one month, I will get the interview letter in April and interview in May ( May visa bulletin is gonna be December 8th,2000 ) It is just my prediction. I hope it moves faster.

they won't. your case isn't at the USCIS level, your case is now at NVC, and there is no website for that.

Im f4 from 03/02/10, my status on the website is at post decision activity and is still at that activity, does anybody know when they will update it.

When they file and receive the approved petition..

Case was competed in September,2010 ( I kept calling NVC since my case was competed, CSPA applied automatically in IV fee bill)

Received interview letter in Dec, 2010

Interview in January, 2011

Case retrogressed in Feb,2011

hey from what im seeing so far the process takes 10yrs max, im i correct by saying that , im new at this entire thing, anyway does the calculation start from when they filed the petition or when they received it

No your PD depends on when USCIS received your petition. what date do you have on the notice of action sent to the petitioner. it it bears a date in 2006 then that is the PD if they received on a date in 2007 then that actual day is your PD date. one or two days could make a difference in the visa bulletin and the progressof your case so you need to be aware of the ACTUAL date
