2 yrs AP

hi, I want to know what happens after AP is done and you get clearance. Does that mean you get visa in your next interview when they call you? Can they put you in AP again? please reply me back.

hi, My husband is also stuck in AP for more than two and half yrs now. We made a senator inquiry about the case but nothing happened. We are really having hard time for this AP. My husband did his MBA and is doing a job in a company. We are mentally upset because of this long AP and I am a student so I need help financially. Please help us with any information that might be helpful to us. Thank You.

my name is Nusrat Jahan and My husband had his interview on July of 2009. It had been more than more than 2 and half yrs and still there is no sign of visa. There is no additional document that was required and our case papers had no mistake and yet I do not know why its taking so long time for a visa. I am financially helpless and need my husband for support and because I am full time student in nursing I cant do any work. I really need advice for this unusual waiting time. Please respond if anyone knows anything about it or going through the same thing. Thank you.
