Hi all, I was thinking i know all about the K1 process but I was wrong. THX god for this forum.

Hi Why you apply for K1 visa if you are from Canada??? You can just come to US, got married and then apply for green card. canadian citizens dont need visa to US. I would say the k1 visa is for people from countries where is difficult to get touristic visa.

make sense, We do have a lawyer and our situation is different then yours.Well at least you can see each other if you want to. It cost me $1500ticket plus $250 Russian visa to see my honey.
