:-)believe me its all good. My friend married guy from Canada also and no K1 visa. You would be paying less and no separation from your better half ;-)

Hi Why you apply for K1 visa if you are from Canada??? You can just come to US, got married and then apply for green card. canadian citizens dont need visa to US. I would say the k1 visa is for people from countries where is difficult to get touristic visa.
