i'll definitely update my timeline with when i get it. it just depends on the availability of time slots at the embassy, there's no set time. it can take a few days, or a month to get one scheduled. i have my fingers crossed to hear within the next couple of weeks. also planning to fly down there perhaps.

Good to see at least some progress on your case. If you haven't responded to the RFE already, here are a few suggestions from my first hand experience: Wedding Invites, Receipts of Gifts or physical mail exchanged, Western Union, Copies of Cards, Facebook profiles indicating relationship. You will need all of this again for the NVC, so make extra copies. Good Luck!

In addition to all that you mentioned, I sent in LOTS of proof of our relationship. This included copies of wedding invites, gift receipts, airline tickets, email history, call history, western union transfers, facebook profiles indicating relationship...basically, anything i could think of.

You only have to wait until the payments for both packages show as "Paid" in the payment portal. Checklist is like an RFE where we made a mistake on the form and had to correct it and resend it.

We actually received a checklist for our IV package and I just responded to it earlier this week. That is why there is a holdup with my case. Its not complete yet.

Just called them up. Note that its taking them 3-4 weeks from the NOA2 date for them to receive your packet. Good Luck!
