Email USCIS at vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov and tell them you've received your NOA2 how long it's been since the NVC was supposed to receive it. You'll get a response from an actual USCIS agent. I had to do the same thing. My NOA2 was rec'vd by me on the 10th....I called every day for a week, and then every other day...then I emailed the above address and they communicated with me for a few days, said they'd track it down. Got an email yesterday saying my petition would reach ...
