Just received my AOS interview appointment letter and want to know what kind of evidence I need to take with me on the day of the interview, I hope you guys can help me with my preparation. First of all I just want to thank everyone for helping us got where we are not , we have just got married , and should be getting out certificate next week , and want to know what should be our next step, I hope you guys can help us with a lot more information on how to apply for the SSN and the adjustment , we are confused about which one of them we will apply for first.

You just need to prove that there is on going relationship between the two of you, make sure you have enough evidence and you will be fine.

I want to find out if I may need a new birth certificate for my AOS, because my original birth certificate was not given back to me after my interview and am wondering if i should apply for a new one. I hope you guys can help me with some information on AOS, thank you.

Bro you don't need a bank statement or bank info , you should be fine with the tax transcript, pay stubs ,letter from job. But there is no problem with taking so much to the interview so just prepare as much as you can. Wishing you the best of luck.

I just want to know if JFK is good for POE , am considering JFK and LAX , but I might use JFK and want to know if things will be really smooth at JFK.

I think you guys are not on top of things that is why you having this doubt or something, I personally think you guys did not track your case at NVC level before it was forwarded to the embassy , if you have a case number starting with ACC then you have nothing to worry about , have you done your medicals and police report already?, just make sure you prepare for the interview with all your evidence and necessary documents .

They no longer accept ds-157 so don't worry about took, its not even on the instruction form, what you need are ds-230 part 1, ds-156 form with barcode on it, ds-156k and there is this form attached to the instruction call public charge form which must be filled and sign
