we started in Nsc and we are now done for almost two years our aos approval was May 9th woot woot.

WEll we are done for two years .We are APPROVED

Appointment was at 3 we were seen at 3:30.My income was questionable on the 1-864 I make 20,000 a year but recieve 6000 a year child support we have a family of 4.And for the record YES child support was allowed.In fact the only question that she seemed concerned about was health insurance.But Rob is working as of last week and his new job will cover both of us.

She asked for our driver liscenses and his passport.Asked us a few how did you meet questions we showed her some pics and that was pretty much it.She didnt ask for the vaccination supplement nodda nothing else.

very quick and she was pleasant.The building was a piece of cake to find and you pay for parking a 5 dollar flat fee

we had ours last sat in portland oregon and yes it was that fast for us too.Finding the darn place was the "hard"part.

Half of our case is online.The EAD is but not the actual AOS.Oh well we have the inerview I aint complaining

We got our bio appointment today for april 8th(a saturday)

we still are not in the system online.I have called though just to make sure we were in the"system"and we do show up thier

Has anyone received any updates with a receipt date of 1/3-31 2/1. I am just wondering if anyone has gotten their biometrics appt or is able to check online their case status. Also lets get a list of people who have the same date and see if we can compare or something.

Our's was recieved on jan 26th NOA of Jan 31st.As of yet no online access no bio appointment.Our local office is seattle .I have called twice to no avail they say it is normal and that some cases dont ever get put in the online system.

I recently got a notice saying that my EAD and AOS aps have been received. I am trying to add my case to my portfolio on USCIS.gov to monitor the progess like i did with my 129F. However, when i try to add it by receipt number it tells me that I should re-enter it because it cannot be found. Is this a problem?

There are tons of posts addressing this issue.it is a common thing to have to wait awhile

yep1/31 here too and as of today we are not online accessible yet

ours is dated the 31 st of jan and we still arent in the system.I called and spoke with an immigration officer and everything is normal.She said some people dont ever even get entered into the online system
