    Hi! Just read your AOS interview and I'm surprised you have that issue with the Medical Vaccination sheet. In London they ticked the same two on mine too and I got approved for AOS! It seems it really depends on who reviews your file...well, at least once you get it "fixed" you'll be approved! :)
