  1. Hi guys ! so I chose to do this in two steps.I sent the I 130 yesterday (Jan 20th)... When will I get an aproval letter ? Does USCIS instruct you on the next steps or do I just send the adjustment of status package after I get the notice of action or approval for the I 130 ? And for those who dont know,im in the US and will be adjusting here.

i did the same thing last year january and did not get an approval until august. you did it the long my friend. now im waiting on an approval on AOS that i sent in october. the way it works is like standing in line for milk as an example, when you get to the front of the line and only ask for the glass and now u have to go at the back of the line and wait for the milk next. it would be a lot quicker if you just ask for both glass and milk at the same time..... best of luck too you.

  2. Don't be nervous. They ask you questions from your G-325 and minor things like cell phone numbers, date if birth, address and previous addresses, etc. These things you should know. Don't try to give answers to questions you do not know. One question the IO asked me was "how old was my husband when his parents died." I was not in a Math class, so I decided I was not going to calculate the answer. I could if I wanted to, but I told her I do not know. That's a satisfactory answer. If you read some of the interview reports, you get the details. Some do not ask many questions. I was here on a tourist visa and overstayed because I was receiving treatment after being told I had stage 4 cancer. They asked me questions based on my visa status and because my husband was 22 yrs older than I was. We went in with confidence because I believed that any question they asked, I would be able to answer. The truth cannot change. Look at my timeline and read my interview report. Don't worry, just go with all your documents.

This is Wife : First I would like to say sorry for your lost knowing first hand seeing someone go through just a terrible experience.I am happy you got through with you stuff & you were blessed to have found a man as wonderful as your husband.

I am the one who's a bit more nervous than him, mainly because I know how hard this system is towards this situation because so many people take advantage of this process and make it hard for the people that truly have loved one's they want to bring here. My husband and I are so intact we know each other like the back of our hands :)but I was just nervous because I hope they don't ask me something out of the ordinary that I might not have any idea to answer.Thankfully God sent me my soul mate and I am most proud to help him through this situation because even if he had to go back home I was ready and willing to pack but he told me not to think like that and with God's guidance our process has thus far been speedy and successful.Any advice for me please?

Thank you for all your responses & hope you are doing well
