At the time of 2001, lot of F4 filers who had their I-130 petition filed during the month of April and also who overstayed in their present visa status could continue their petition for final stages by paying a penalty of $1000..

hey guys good news got my interview on 1st week o june ! yey im so happy :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I haven't received anything. When I called them, they only say that check the visa bulletin even though they knew that my PD is current.
My dad is coming to the US consulate this afternoon. I am waiting for his news.

For the F4 category, the visa movement are always slow, the present movement of 1 month is officially better when compared to the last 9 years of data for F4 filers..there is no sudden surge in the visa movement like F2A nor the employment based category. Currently F2A, F2B & F3 are utilizing their numbers and F4 with its 65000 numbers are very less for this category. Unless there is a increase in the visa numbers, the F4 Visa movement will move in the same manner..

carol and me is stucked in an unusual date , bcuz next month VB will be 8th Nov 2000 (i hope not) , whereas carols PD is 20th NOv 2011. My PD is 11th Dec 2000, unlucky us, hope it increases at least a week or moree than a month

Officially, it is closer to 2 years to get ur PD current..Unofficially, Hope for Miracles..

Strange ... Coz usually they put vb first on net then they put iv appointment list after12th date every month
And they put list today on 4th !!!!!
I must say mumbai consulate is preety quick
approx 444 applicants get appointment

Yes,because somebody whose petition date is Oct 2nd,2000 has got interview date. So new information of interview date is crucial important for the prediction.

VB will be October 8 for sure,but hopefully more than that
